I had this color scheme in my head almost as soon as I saw the pencils. I've always loved neon lights, especially red neon, how it drops such a thick color fill into its surroundings. It seeps in and pollutes everything without really illuminating anything. And I thought kind of a white party light might be really great to set off Emma's costume.

Plus it's always fun to work on this guy's stuff. Can't say enough good things
